What to Do When a Space Is Full
Move documents to another space
Moving documents is the quickest way to bring a space back under the limit, and it keeps everything inside Craft.1
Select one or more documents in the sidebar. On macOS, use Shift + Click to select several at once; on iPad, tap and hold.

Right-click the selection and choose Move To, or press
Cmd + Shift + O on macOS.3
Choose the destination space.
Create a new space
If you don’t have a second space yet, open the space dropdown in the top left of the sidebar and select Create New Space. Your plan sets how many spaces you can have; see Plans and Pricing for the limit on each plan.Delete content you no longer need
Deleting old or unused documents frees up room in the space. Deleted documents move to the Recently Deleted folder, where they stay recoverable for 30 days before being permanently removed.Continue on the web app
The block limit applies to the Mac, iOS, and iPad apps. The Craft web app does not have this limit, so you can keep reading and editing your content in the browser while you reorganize your spaces. Keep in mind that this is a workaround rather than a fix: the space will still be over the limit in the Mac, iOS, and iPad apps until you move or delete content there.Checking How Many Blocks a Space Contains
