Plus Tier is not available on one or any of my devices
If you subscribed and still don't have access to Plus features in one or any of the Craft apps:
- Please make sure you are signed in with the same account you used to subscribe and use the same login method (e.g. Email vs Sign in with Apple).
- Apple could have assigned a Private Relay e-mail for your Craft account if you had Hide My Email enabled when you first created your Craft account.
TIP: To check what is the email assigned to your Craft account go to Profile > Preferences > My Account, in any of the Craft Apps.

- Plus features will only be available in Spaces you own. If you're in a shared space whose creator does not have a Plus subscription, your Plus tier won't be enabled.

macOS: In Craft on your Apple device, please go to Team Settings > Current Plan > On that page, try to use the button Restore Purchase. If that doesn't help, please contact our support at support@craft.do.
iOS: In Craft on your Apple device, please go to Team preferences > Manage Team > Current Plan > On that page, try to use the button Restore Purchase.
I purchased my subscription to a different account
If you are using the same device where you purchased the subscription, you can transfer it to the current account easily. Just try hitting the Restore Subscription button, described above. Craft also supports Family Sharing for App Store subscriptions.
I have an Education License but don’t know where to use it
Here's how to activate your License key:
1. Go to https://docs.craft.do/
2. Login with the email address you use for Craft
3. After login, go to your Team settings
4. Under the Team settings you will see an option to enter the key
5. Enter your License Key above
6. After successful validation, open the app → You are a Pro Education
Important Notes:
- When you activate a license it will overwrite the current subscription period. Therefore, please make sure you activate the new license only after the current one expires to make sure you enjoy the whole 1 year period for each license.
- A license key does not have an expiration date to be activated, so you can just keep it until you need to use it.

I applied for an Education License but still did not receive a response
Please double-check your email's spam/junk box, especially if you applied using your school mail. If you applied and didn't get any response for two weeks, contact us at support@craft.do informing your full name and the email address you used to apply, we'll be happy to check the status of your application.
I have a Setapp subscription and would like to continue using Craft through Setapp
