1. I purchased a subscription, but the app is still not my purchase
Please go to the Subscription page in the app, click Change Plan and try to use the Restore Purchase button.
2. Pro Tier is not available on one of my devices
If you don’t see the Pro badge on one of your devices, please double check if you are signed in with the same account (and with the same login method - Email vs Sign in with Apple).
The easiest way is to check the email address the app is displaying:
- On Mac - Your email address will be displayed at the top left corner next to your avatar in the Documents list.
- On iPad - Tap on the avatar at the top left corner in the Documents list - it will open the Spaces List, and you will see your email address.
- On iPhone - Tap on the avatar at the bottom right corner in the Documents list - it will open the Spaces List, and you will see your email address.
3. I purchased my subscription to a different account
If you are using the same device, where you purchased the subscription, you can transfer it to the current account easily. Just go to the Subscription page in the app and use the Restore Subscription button.
4. I have an Education Discount, but don’t know where to use it
After you Purchase your License, you will receive an email with the instructions, how to activate it.
