Your Craft account name is how others see you when you share documents or collaborate in spaces. You can update it anytime from your account settings.
How to Change Your Account Name
On Mac, iPad, or iPhone:
- Click or tap your profile photo in the top-left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Tap or click My Account.
- Update your Name field.
- Changes are saved automatically.
On Web and Windows:
- Click your profile photo in the top-left corner.
- Select Settings > My Account.
- Edit your name and the changes will be saved automatically.
⚠️ This change will only affect your account name. Your email address and team/space names are managed separately.
