If you’ve purchased a Craft subscription and need to include your VAT ID or company details on your invoice, you can update this information directly through our payment provider, Paddle.
Who Handles Craft Payments?
All payments for Craft subscriptions are processed by Paddle, a secure reseller that issues receipts and invoices on our behalf.
How to Add or Update VAT Details
If you’ve already completed your purchase, you can still add or edit VAT and company information on your invoice. Here’s how:
- Open the payment confirmation email from Paddle.
The subject line typically includes: “Your receipt for Craft subscription.” - Click the “View Invoice” or “Edit Information” link in the email.
- On the invoice page, select “Add/Edit Company Details.”
- Enter your company name, VAT number, and billing address as needed.
- Click Save to update the invoice with your information.
The invoice will refresh to reflect the newly added company and VAT details. You can download or print it from the same page.
Where to Find Your Receipts
All receipts for successful payments are also available in the Craft app under:
Team Settings > Billing
From there, you can access and download your invoices at any time.
