If your Craft subscription expires or is cancelled, your content remains safe and accessible. However, your account will be downgraded to the Starter (free) plan, and certain limitations will apply based on that plan’s features. Here’s what to expect:
Your Content Is Not Deleted
All your documents, spaces, and uploaded content will remain in your account. Craft will not delete or lock you out of your existing content after your subscription ends.
You’ll Be Moved to the Starter Plan
When your subscription expires, your account will automatically switch to the Starter Plan, which has the following limitations:
- You can continue viewing and editing existing documents.
- You may not be able to create new documents if you already have more than 10 documents.
- You can create up to 2 new documents per week.
- Access to premium features like unlimited storage, advanced analytics and advanced export options will be restricted.
Upgrading Again
You can resubscribe at any time to regain access to all features and remove Starter Plan limits. All your content will remain intact and available as soon as your subscription is restored.
