Craft allows you to monitor your storage usage per space—but this feature is only available on the Mac, iPad, and iOS apps. It is not currently accessible via the Windows or Web apps.
How to Check Storage Usage
- Open the Craft app on your Mac, iPad, or iPhone.
- In the left sidebar, locate the space you want to check.
- Click on the tree dots icon or right-click on the space name, then select Settings and Members.
- Your storage usage for that space will be shown in the Settings tab.
Understanding Storage Limits
- Starter Plan: Limited to 10 documents, with 2 additional documents allowed per week.
- Plus, Family, Team, and Business Plans:
- Each space can hold up to 1 TB of content.
- Once a space reaches this limit, you’ll need to remove content to continue adding new material.
- You can create up to 5 spaces (on Plus and Family plans) to distribute and organize your content.
The 1 TB cap ensures optimal sync and app performance. Craft will notify you if you're nearing the limit.
Tips for Managing Storage
- Regularly review and delete old or unused content.
- Use compressed media files when possible.
- Spread content across multiple spaces to stay within limits.
