Problem
Event notes created on iOS/macOS aren't syncing across all platforms with an Outlook calendar integration.
Reason
The event note identifiers are created in MS Exchange for different devices, hence the challenge on Craft side. We aren't sure if this is a bug or a designed behavior created by Microsoft, since we don't have any control over the identifier creation, it isn't something we can resolve, unfortunately.
