Adding Members To Your Team and Space

Inviting other individuals to your Team and Space is very easy to do within Craft. Many businesses, families, and collective groups enjoy inviting others to their Craft Team and Spaces to create a local environment for collaboration, teamwork, and visibility across content and projects.

Team members have access to your account and can utilize the same benefits of your subscription.

 

You will need to invite a Member to your Team first. Only once a Member has been added to your Team can they join a given Space.

Adding Members To Your Team

1. Navigate to your Team Settings.

2. Select the Members Tab.

3. Click on 'Invite People'

4. Enter the email address of the person you wish to add.

5. Click on 'Invite to Team'

Adding Members To Your Space

Once the invitee accepts the invitation to join your Team, you can add them to specific Spaces.

1. Navigate to the Space Settings.

2. Select the 'Members' Tab. 

3. Select 'Invite People'.

4.  Select or search for the individual you wish to invite to that Space.

5. Select 'Add to Space'.

Once they are invited, you can change their permissions to either an 'Owner' or 'Member' status within that Space. You'll also have the ability to Remove a given Member from the Space by selecting the three-dot menu next to their name.

Owner status means you give the individual permission to change settings and the capability to invite new members to the Space. 

Member status means that the individual cannot change any settings or invite new members to that Space.

 

 

Please note that adding Team Members to your Team and Space is only available on Family, Team, or Business subscription plans. This feature is not available for our Plus subscribers because the Plus subscription is for solo users only.
