How to Upgrade
Go to docs.craft.do and log in with your Craft account. You can also start from the Craft pricing page, but we recommend using the web app for a smoother experience.1
Click on My Space
Click the My Space dropdown in the top-left corner.

Click on Settings
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Click on My Subscriptions
In the left sidebar, click My Subscriptions. You’ll see your current Plus plan details, including your billing cycle and next billing date.

Click Upgrade
Click the Upgrade button next to your current subscription.

Select the Family plan
You’ll see all available plans and their features. Click Get Family to proceed.

Select Craft Family
On the Stripe checkout page, make sure Craft Family (Annual) is selected.

Click Continue
Click Continue to proceed to the payment confirmation.

Subscribe and pay
Review the details on the confirmation page:
- Amount due today — a prorated charge based on the remaining time in your current billing cycle.
- Payment method — click View details to check or change the card on file. By default, it uses the payment method from your original Plus subscription.
- Promotion code — if you have a discount or coupon code, click Add promotion code to apply it before paying.
When you upgrade mid-cycle, Stripe automatically calculates the prorated difference. You only pay for the remaining time in your current billing period at the Family rate, minus what you’ve already paid for Plus.
