Moving documents between Spaces

You can move documents between spaces by highlighting them and performing the following steps.

1. Right-click the document on the Mac and Web apps. Tap and hold on iOS.

2. Select Move To
3. Select To Another Space
4. Select the destination Space

Note: 

• It is currently not possible to move folders between spaces or teams. 
• the transferred document will appear under your All Documents and Unsorted folder. All blocklinks will be preserved, but the shared links and comments will be lost.

Moving documents between Craft Accounts

You can have multiple Craft accounts added to the Mac, iPhone or iPad apps. To add an account to your Craft app, go to  Profile > Name > Add account:

Once you have the additional accounts logged in to the app, you'll be able to move documents across spaces in different Craft accounts by following the same process mentioned above. When moving the desired documents, the app will ask you in which account is the space you're trying to move. 

Important Note: Moving documents across spaces will cause their respective shared links and comments to be lost.
