If you’re looking to upgrade your team subscription and are currently subscribed through the App Store, follow these steps to transition to a subscription via Craft’s website:

Removing the App Store Subscription
- We’ll need to remove the App Store subscription linked to your Craft account to enable you to upgrade directly via our website: Craft Pricing.
- Important: Removing the subscription from the App Store will not impact any of your content inside Craft.

Cancel Your App Store Subscription
- To prevent double charges, you must cancel your App Store subscription renewal with Apple. Here’s how: How to Cancel an App Store Subscription.
- If you’ve been recently charged, you can also request a refund from Apple: Request a Refund from Apple.

Apple Family Sharing Limitation
- Note that subscriptions made outside the App Store do not support Apple’s Family Sharing feature.

Confirm Your Craft Account and Acknowledge the Process
- Send us an email confirming that you acknowledge the steps outlined above and want to proceed with the transition.
- Be sure to include the Craft account email associated with your subscription. To verify your email, go to Profile > Settings > My Account in the app.
Once we receive your confirmation, we’ll finalize the removal of your App Store subscription, allowing you to upgrade your team via our website.
