Unable to upgrade Team

If you’re looking to upgrade your team subscription and are currently subscribed through the App Store, follow the steps below to transition to a subscription via Craft’s website. This process will not impact any of your content inside Craft.

 

Our Process

Before you can upgrade your team subscription through Craft’s website, we will need to remove the App Store subscription linked to your Craft account. This step ensures you can subscribe directly without any conflicts.

Important Information:

  • Subscriptions purchased outside the App Store do not support Apple’s Family Sharing feature.

 

Steps to Take

  1. Cancel Your App Store Subscription
    To avoid being charged twice, cancel your App Store subscription renewal with Apple:
  2. Confirm Your Craft Account and Acknowledge the Process
    To proceed, please email us with the following information:
    • Confirm that you acknowledge and agree to the removal of your App Store subscription from your Craft account.
    • Include the email address associated with your Craft account. You can verify your email by navigating to Profile > Settings > My Account in the Craft app.

 

Next Steps

Once we receive your confirmation, we will proceed with the removal of your App Store subscription and will send you a confirmation message once the process is complete. You will then be able to upgrade your team subscription directly via our Craft Pricing page.
