# Roam Research

> 從 Roam Research 匯入你的圖譜到 Craft，並保留反向連結。

你可以在 Roam Research 中將內容匯出為 Markdown，然後匯入到 Craft。

## 從 Roam Research 匯出

    **在 Roam 的文件檢視中**，點選右上角的 **three-dot menu**。

    **點選 "export"** 並選擇 **Markdown 選項**。

    你會得到一個 ZIP 檔，請將其解壓縮。

    **將下載的檔案解壓縮**，以存取你的 Markdown 檔案。

## 匯入到 Craft

    **開啟 Craft**，前往 **All Documents** 或 **Organize** 檢視。

    **在左側 sidebar 底部，點選 Import icon。**

    **選擇 Markdown**，然後選取已匯出的檔案或資料夾。
