Teams are a set of Spaces with Members and Guests. It's recommended if you use Craft collaboratively with 5 or more people. Teams is great for small groups in the workplace, or to use with clients.
Creating a Team
For quick and easy Team management, we created a new Admin Site, where you can create your Team, invite Members, and handle payment with proper Seat management capabilities (allowing the team to use business cards and receive invoices).
You can find the Team Admin site at https://docs.craft.do/team-admin, after the first login the Team creation will start with purchasing the first seats for your Team.
Rename your Team and add your Team Logo
When you successfully purchased the first seats for your Team, you can rename your Team and add a Team logo. You can change these anytime in the 'Overview' tab.
Invite Team Members
In the 'Members' tab, you can invite your Team Members to your Team via their email addresses, and manage the existing Team Members, changing their role to Member / Admin, or remove them from the Team.
Note: You can only add Members to the Team from the Admin Site, but once they join the Team, you will be able to add them to different Spaces through the app directly.
Members & Guests
Creating a Team allows you to structure and share your content in Craft with your Team Members, add them instantly to the right Spaces, and if you need to invite external collaborators, you can invite up to 5 Guests to every Spaces. Guests won’t see any other part of your Team, but they will be able to edit and comment on every document in the given Space.
How to move your existing docs to your new Team
If you already have some documents you would like to move to your Team, just select those documents and use the "Move" option. You can move multiple documents at once between Spaces. Moving documents together ensures the block links between them stay intact.
