You can search for words in

• Blocks
• Pages
• Documents
• Folders

Our search engine has the below prioritization logic that was created based on the feedback from our users

1. Documents with full word match

2. Pages with full word match

3. Blocks with full word match

4. Documents with partial match

5. Pages with partial match

6. Blocks with partial match

Note: Currently the search helps to find notes within a single Space. We believe that Spaces are convenient to treat them as isolated places to separate your documents (for example professional vs personal or for tracking different client notes)

Future improvement plans

We are planning to improve our search capabilities in the future with

• OCR (this will enable the search in PDF as well)
• Search and replace text in a document
  • We already have a Find & Replace content extension via Craft X
• Search for open tasks
• Search in secret links
