Craft's Whiteboard is a great tool for Strategy Meetings, Teaching, and Brainstorming, or it can simply be a way to express your creativity and collaborate with others.
If you've used other digital whiteboards before, this feature will certainly feel familiar to you. If this is your first time, you'll get acquainted with it in no time.

How to Create a Whiteboard
While on a document, open the right sidebar. In the insert ("+") Tab, drag or click on the Whiteboard block to add it to your document.
Use the forward slash function to create a Whiteboard by typing "/whiteboard".

Use the button on the top right corner of the Whiteboard to adjust the zoom ratio. While on a Macbook or iPad, you can also pinch on the touchpad/screen to zoom in or out.
Background and Grid
Change the background and the grid style of your Whiteboard at any time by clicking on the brush icon.
Move
The hand icon will allow you to move across the whiteboard without selecting any of the existing items.
Select
Use the mouse cursor icon to select single or multiple items at once, for editing.
Shape
Here you'll find a variety of standard shapes, ideal for diagrams and flowcharts.
Sticky Note
Quickly generate a sticky note
Text
Shapes and Sticky Notes will allow you to write on them by default. You can select the Text function to write anywhere in the whiteboard.
Arrow
Connect shapes, sticky notes, or texts with arrows. Here you will also find the option to format the arrowhead's start or end.
Pencil
To draw freely or create custom shapes. In the three dots button right beside the pencil option, you'll also find a highlighter, the eraser, and the laser tools.
Media Assets
You can upload images and videos to your Whiteboard. This option can be found in the three-dot menu of the Whiteboard toolbar. Each asset can be of up to 100MB. There can be up to 50 images and 10 videos per Whiteboard.
