# Team Plans and Free Trial

> Explore Craft's team plans, try them free for 15 days, and find the right plan for your team.

Craft's team plans are designed for groups who want to collaborate in a shared environment while giving every member the full power of Craft for their personal work too.

## Team Free Trial

Not sure if a team plan is right for you? Start a **15-day free trial** to explore everything Craft Teams has to offer — no payment required upfront.

During your trial, your team gets access to all the features included in a paid team plan:

* **Plus account for every member** — Each person on your team gets their own personal Plus account for the duration of the trial. That means private Spaces, unlimited blocks, and all Plus features — on top of the shared team experience.
* **Shared Spaces for organizing work** — Create multiple Spaces to organize projects, departments, or areas of work. You decide which members have access to each Space — keep a Space private to a small group, or make it open to everyone on the team.
* **Team roles and permissions** — Assign roles to control who can do what. Two roles are currently available:
  * **Owner** — Can change Space settings, remove members, and manage permissions.
  * **Member** — Can access and work within their assigned Spaces but cannot change settings or manage other members.
* **Centralized billing** — One subscription covers the entire team. No need for individual payments or separate accounts — everything is managed under a single bill.

## Team Plans and Pricing

After your trial, choose the plan that fits your team size. All plans include everything available during the trial — Plus accounts for every member, shared Spaces, roles and permissions, and centralized billing.

## What Happens After the Trial

If you don't upgrade before your trial ends, your team moves to the free plan. Here's what that means:

* **Your content stays safe.** Nothing gets deleted. All your documents and Spaces remain exactly where they are.
* **Team members lose their Plus accounts.** Each member's personal account reverts to the free tier.
* **Your team shares a 1,500-block limit.** This limit applies across your entire team — all personal and shared Spaces combined. Once your team reaches 1,500 blocks, no one will be able to add new content until you upgrade to a paid plan.
* **You can upgrade at any time.** There's no deadline — whenever you're ready, upgrading restores full access and removes the block limit immediately.
