# Stop Receiving Emails from Craft

> Unsubscribe from Craft marketing emails, turn off notification emails, and what to do if you still get emails after deleting your account.

Craft sends a few different types of email. How you stop them depends on the type.

| Account and security emails | Login codes, invitations to documents, spaces, and teams | Can't be turned off |

## Unsubscribe from Marketing Emails

You don't need to sign in to Craft to unsubscribe. Many email apps, such as Gmail and Apple Mail, also show an **Unsubscribe** button next to the sender name, which does the same thing.

  There is no marketing email setting inside the Craft app. Use the link in the email instead.

## Turn Off Notification Emails

Open **Settings** and select **Notifications**. Each type of notification email has its own toggle:

* **Comments & Mentions**: turn off **Email Notifications** to stop the hourly summary of new comments and mentions.
* **Reminders**: turn off **Email Notifications** to stop an email each time a reminder is due.
* **Daily Email**: turn off the toggle to stop the daily summary of tasks and reminders.

To change comment and mention emails for a single space only, select the space under **Spaces** and turn off **Email Notifications** there.

Reminder and task emails also have a link at the bottom, such as **Manage Reminder Notifications**, that opens the same email settings in your browser.

## Account and Security Emails

Craft sends some emails because of an action you or another person took, such as a login code when you sign in, or an invitation when someone shares a document, space, or team with you. These emails don't have an unsubscribe option. If you keep getting invitations you don't want, ask the person who invited you to remove you, or contact support.

## If You Deleted Your Account or Never Had One

If you still get emails from Craft after [deleting your account](/en/introduction/account-setup/delete-account), or you never created an account:

1. Click **Unsubscribe** at the bottom of the email. This works without an account.
2. If emails keep arriving after you unsubscribe, contact [support@craft.do](mailto:support@craft.do) from the address that receives them. Forward one of the emails if you can, so we can see which list it came from.

Contact us at [support@craft.do](mailto:support@craft.do) if:

* An email from Craft has no unsubscribe link, or the link doesn't work
* You keep getting emails after unsubscribing or turning off notifications
* You want us to confirm that your email address has been removed after deleting your account
